"An Act relating to civil liability for skiing accidents, operation of        
ski areas, and duties of ski area operators and skiers; and                    
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS               
CSSB 44(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific               
purpose of rescinding previous action in adopting Amendment No. 2
